Sansa MP3 Player Instructions

Developed by SanDisk, the Sansa Clip is programmed to store up to 16GB worth of audio for music playback and to perform a number of secondary functions, such as FM radio tuning and audio recording. The MP3 player connects to your computer using a USB cable and operates as a drive mounted to your computer. You can load files to the device from multiple computers and it doesn’t require third-party software to function.
Load Content :
Step 1
Connect the Sansa to your computer using the USB cable that comes with the device. Give the device a moment to mount to your computer.
Step 2
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the directory containing the files you want to load to your Sansa Clip.
Step 3
Highlight the files you want to add and press “CTRL + C.”
Step 4
Open the Sansa Clip drive from the sidebar in Windows Explorer.
Step 5
Open the folder that corresponds to the files you are putting on your Sansa Clip. For instance, if the files are podcasts, open “Podcasts.” If the files are music tracks, select “Music.”
Step 6
Press “CTRL + V” to paste the items in your Sansa Clip. The files transfer to the Sansa drive.
Play Content :
Step 1
Press the button on the top edge of the device to turn it on. Your Sansa Clip displays an activation icon and goes to the main menu.
Step 2
Select “Music” by pressing the center button on the Sansa.
Step 3
Scroll down by pressing the down button on the Sansa Clip and press the center button when you find “Songs.”
Step 4
Scroll through the list and select the song you want to play by pressing the center button.
Step 5
Scroll back to the main menu by pressing the left button on the Sansa.
Adjust Settings :
Step 1
Scroll back to the main menu by pressing the left button on the Sansa Clip.
Step 2
Scroll up one item in the main menu to “Settings” and press the center button on the Sansa Clip.
Step 3
Move down the menu until you find the menu corresponding to the property you want to adjust. For instance, if you want to adjust the screen, select “Display.” If you want to adjust the volume settings, select “Volume.”
Step 4
Scroll down the menu to find the property you want to adjust and press the center button. For instance, if you want to change the radio to mono, scroll down the “FM Settings” menu, highlight “Mono,” press the center button and navigate back to the main menu using the left button.
Play Radio :
Step 1
Press the home button on your Sansa clip and select “FM Radio.”
Step 2
Use the left and right buttons to scroll up and down the FM tuner.
Step 3
Press “Play” to play the radio frequency.
Record Audio :
Step 1
Press the home button to return to main menuand select “Voice.”
Step 2
Tap the “Play” button to start the recorder.
Step 3
Press the “Play” button to pause the recording while it’s in progress.
Step 4
Press the center button to end the recording. Select “Yes” in the pop-up dialog. The recording is saved to the “RECORD” file.
